- Come to our office at 5706 Turney Rd, Suite 202, Garfield Heights, OH 44125 at your scheduled time.
- Ring the doorbell on our Eufy E330 Smartlock located at the main entrance.

Verification and Entry

Sign Out
- Complete the sign-out sheet located on top of the lockers to confirm you’ve collected your mail.
- Before leaving, ensure the main door is securely closed behind you.

Assistance if Needed
- If you have any questions or need assistance while in the mail center, use the two-way communication feature on the doorbell to speak directly with a team member.
Security and Equipment
- Eufy E330 Smartlock: Ensures secure and monitored entry.
- Eufy E220 Indoor Cameras: Strategically placed cameras monitor all activity in the main room and locker area.
- Features include motion detection and recording, ensuring the safety of your items and accountability for all access.
