Virtual Entrance System Policy

Our Virtual Entrance System provides clients with a secure, convenient way to pick up their mail, even outside of regular business hours. Follow these simple steps to retrieve your items:

Step-by-Step Process

1. Schedule Your Pickup

   • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance via email or phone to schedule your pickup. Click this link to book an appointment firstclassmailcenter@gmail.com  or call 440-553-3884
   • This ensures your items are ready and accessible when you arrive.

2. Arrival at First Class Mail Center

   • Come to our office at 5706 Turney Rd, Suite 202, Garfield Heights, OH 44125 at your scheduled time.
   • Ring the doorbell on our Eufy E330 Smartlock located at the main entrance.

3. Verification and Entry

   • A First Class Mail Center team member will verify your scheduled appointment and grant you access through the smartlock.
   • If there’s no immediate response, please ring the doorbell again, as the connection may have been interrupted.

   • If there’s still no response, please call our company at 216-440-553-3884.

   • Retrieve Your Mail

     • Choose your designated locker from the 9 small lockers (numbered 1–9). Your mailbox number will be on a slip inserted into a slit on the locker door.
     • A key will already be in the lock. Turn the key, open the locker, and take your items.
     • Afterward, close and lock the locker securely.

4. Sign Out

   • Complete the sign-out sheet located on top of the lockers to confirm you’ve collected your mail.
   • Before leaving, ensure the main door is securely closed behind you.

5. Assistance if Needed

   • If you have any questions or need assistance while in the mail center, use the two-way communication feature on the doorbell to speak directly with a team member.

• Eufy E220 Indoor Cameras: Strategically placed cameras monitor all activity in the main room and locker area.
  • Features include motion detection and recording, ensuring the safety of your items and accountability for all access.
